  • Equipment at the venue : PA system with 3-channel mixer and 2 microphones. Electric guitar amp. Stage foldback / monitor speakers.
  • Instructions for performers : Free entry. Under 18s (and under 16s) welcome with responsible adult. Audience must remain quiet. Performers get a free drink or pizza. Small drum kits are welcome. Small percussion instruments are welcome (cajon, djembe etc...).
  • Maximum number of simultaneous performers : Not provided
  • Organiser's comments : The Railway is a really trendy, relaxed pub. Any acts are welcome; Comedians, Singers, Musicians, Poets, or anything else you like! Every performer gets a free drink, and about a 15 minute slot (3-4 songs each). You can apply by texting Gabby Colledge on 07940 997 267. Bring all you're friends, whether you're performing or not.
  • How to find the venue : You can get the tube from anywhere to Brixton, which is a 10 minute bus ride away, using Numbers 2, 432 and 196. Also, the buses 68, 468, 322 and 415 pass through Tulse Hill. Tulse Hill train station is right next door to the pub, so you wont miss it when you come out. After 6.30pm or on weekends, there is free parking right outside of the Railway Tavern on Station Rise. There is also a free Car Park behind the Co-op opposite.
